This replaces it with a real scheduling tool: a full month of staff against days in one grid, duty codes you search instead of memorise, live day and night coverage counters, and a solver that drafts a compliant month for you to review and adjust.

افتح الشهرOpen the month you are working on
افتح التطبيق واختر السنة والشهر.Launch the app and choose the year and month.

راجع قائمة الموظفين وإعدادات الشهرCheck the staff list and month settings
تأكد من أسماء موظفي القسم ومن إعدادات الشهر، ومنها فترة الساعات المخفّضة، قبل أن تبدأ الإسناد.Confirm who is on the unit and how the month is configured, including any reduced-hours period, before assigning anything.

أنشئ مسودةGenerate a draft
شغّل المولّد ليجهّز جدولًا مبدئيًا حسب مستهدفاتك، أو ابدأ بشهر فارغ إن أردت العمل يدويًا.Run the scheduler for a starting rota that respects your targets, or start from a blank month if you prefer to build it by hand.

عدّل يدويًاAdjust by hand
انقر أي خانة، وابحث عن رمز المناوبة واخترْه. يُحفظ التعديل فورًا وتتحرك العدّادات.Click any cell, search for the duty code you want and select it. The change saves immediately and the counters update.

راجع التغطيةCheck coverage
راجع صفّي عدّادات النهار والليل، وتأكد أن كل يوم مغطّى قبل النشر.Use the pinned day and night counter rows to confirm every day is covered before you publish.

انشر الجدولPublish, and come back to it later
شارك الشهر مع فريقك. يبقى في الأرشيف ترجع إليه متى شئت.Share the finished month with your team. It stays in the history view for later reference.

هل يحلّ المولّد محل ممرض المناوبة؟Does the solver replace the charge nurse?
لا. المولّد يخرج مسودة تحقق الأعداد المطلوبة فقط. أما مزيج المهارات والكفاءات والظروف الشخصية فتقديرها يبقى لمن يعدّ الجدول.No. It produces a draft that satisfies the numeric constraints. Judgement about skill mix, competencies and individual circumstances stays with the person building the rota.
هل أعدّل يدويًا بعد التوليد؟Can I still edit by hand after generating?
نعم. المسودة نقطة بداية، وكل خانة فيها قابلة للتعديل.Yes. The generated rota is a starting point and every cell remains editable.
ماذا يحدث للأشهر السابقة؟What happens to previous months?
محفوظة، وتفتحها من شاشة الأرشيف.They are kept and can be opened from the history view.
